Premium Reserve Cabernet Merlot

This Cabernet Merlot is a rich, lifted wine made from Australian fruit at our Bilbul winery. Aromas of plum and spice combined with the natural flavours of ripe berry fruit with hints of vanillin oak provide good length and depth of flavor. Firm tannins provide additional structure to the wine.

Made for immediate enjoyment, this wine is an ideal accompaniment to roast lamb or beef.

Premium Reserve Shiraz

Our Premium Reserve Shiraz is a medium bodied red wine with ripe plum and berry flavors balanced by soft spicy oak and gentle tannins. It’s a wine with complexity and length.

Made for immediate enjoyment, an ideal accompaniment to beef, lamb and veal dishes.

Wine Tasting Event – June 2009

THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED. It was a great success and everyone enjoyed themselves. Become a member to be notified of our next wine tasting.

This month’s wine tasting will be held this coming Thursday 25th June 2009 at Dana Caron’s Roadhouse Barbecue on the corner of Suriwong and Rama IV roads. The Roadhouse is located within easy walking distance of both the MRT Silom and BTS Saladaeng stations and we are sure Dana will put on a great selection of his famous food and hospitality for us all.

The wines this month will be themed on Australia and we will be tasting a selection out of Magnums with a special guest appearance by Merrydown cider. Bottles of all the wines will also be on sale or for order on the day.
